PLC FAT and SAT checklist: test behavior and handover evidence
Plan factory and site acceptance around requirements, observable results, failure states, approved changes and recoverable project files.
Mechanical shaft output power divided by real electrical input power at the stated operating point.
A 15 kW shaft output at 90% efficiency requires about 16.67 kW real input. Use efficiency and power factor appropriate to the same load condition. Nameplate shaft power is not directly the electrical kW to multiply by operating hours. The energy calculator expects electrical input.

Map raw counts into engineering units, check the configured channel range, and keep signal-quality diagnostics separate from the displayed value.
A maintenance example explains operating-time denominators, repair boundaries, unfinished events and why MTBF is not an equipment lifetime.
